The NYSCHSA 2026–2028 Strategic Plan outlines a three-year roadmap to strengthen our Association, support our members, and advance the interests of county highway departments across New York State.

The plan focuses on increasing member engagement, developing future leaders, strengthening advocacy and regional collaboration, and expanding professional development opportunities. It also prepares the Association and its members for emerging transportation challenges through innovation and long-term planning.
