2025 Summer Conference Registration & Costs

Everything you need to know to register for the conference is outline below!

Join us in beautiful Lake George for a valuable few days of professional development, networking, and relaxation. 

The Fort William Henry Hotel, Wedding and Conference Center is a premier Lake George hotel and resort offering upscale accommodations with the perfect mix of historical elegance and today’s conveniences. Enjoy access to our extensive amenities, including an indoor pool with sauna and Whirlpool Spa, Olympic-size outdoor pool,  and three restaurants all on resort grounds.

We will also be offering accredited Professional Development Hour (PDH) Programs, complimentary to our membership as part of conference registration.  

IMPORTANT REMINDER TO THE NYSCHSA COMMUNITY: The conference registration rate will cover event fees including conference materials, meals, cocktail receptions, golf and lunch at Hiland Park Country Club, Lake George Cruise with lunch, or an adventure on the Revolution Rail Trail with a lunch stop at the red Dog Saloon. Attendees will then make their own hotel reservations based on their plans. The 2025 Summer Conference Registration Rates, associate costs, and hotel accommodation rates can be found below.

Regular  - $500.00
Spouse/Guest  - $350.00
Fully Retired Lifetime/Honorary Members - $0.00 Fee + $100.00 Activity fee (if chosen).

Non-Member Rates
Regular - $600.00

Conference Activities on Monday, September 15th (Choose one activity per person!)

Golf Tournament - Hiland Park Country Club

  • 11:15 AM – Cookout Lunch at Hiland Park Country Club
  • 12:30 PM – Shotgun Start

The course is a very challenging yet enjoyable venue for all ability levels. There are 3 sets of playing tees measuring from 5,000 yards to over 6,700 yards for the most advanced players.  A covered and open-air driving range along with 2 practice greens and a chipping area give you ample options to fine tune your skills. Over 250 acres of flowing, tall pines and majestic mountain views await your arrival for a relaxing round of golf.

REGISTRATION: Golf sign-up is through the main registration page. You may sign-up individually or in teams of four. Please let us know your preference. The Conference Golf Committee will make up foursomes. If you sign-up someone that is not affiliated with your own company, you are responsible to notify and confirm with that person. 

Lake George Steamboat Lunch Cruise

  • 11:00 AM – Boat boarding begins
  • 12:00 - 2:00 PM – Boat Cruise

Cruise by beautiful mountain wilderness areas on the crystal-clear waters of Lake George. The Saint’s dining room is climate controlled for your comfort.

Available on your Cruise:
  • Lunch buffet
  • Live entertainment
  • Limited Captain narration
  • Snacks & cocktail bar

Revolution Rail Bike Excursion

  • 10:00 AM – Depart Fort William Henry
  • 11:00 AM – Bike rail departs
  • 11:45 AM – Barbecue lunch at Red Dog Saloon
  • 1:00 PM – Depart back to rail station
  • 2:00 PM – Return to Fort William Henry

Revolution Rail Co. transforms historic railways into scenic rail biking pathways, inviting people of all ages and abilities closer to nature, history, and each other.

The Ride: This majestic 8-mile round trip between Thurman Depot and 1000 Acre Ranch offers scenic views along the Hudson River and includes a BBQ lunch at the Red Dog Saloon.

$249 double occupancy, per night plus state and local taxes.

The hotel is also offering Pre-rates for those who would like to come in a day earlier.

Saturday: $249.00 plus state and local taxes.

Tax Exempt Forms: Must be provided to the hotel in advance of registration.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the NYSCHSA Office according to the following schedule:
  • Cancellations received on or before 7/30/25 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 7/31/25 - 8/14/25 will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 8/14/25 - 8/28/25 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 8/29/25 will receive NO refund.
There will be no credits issued for no shows or early departures. Participants are otherwise responsible for all charges outlined in the registration form submitted to the NYSCHSA Office.
