2024 Summer Conference Registration & Costs

Join us for NYSCHSA's Summer Conference, being held at the beautiful Niagara Falls, NY on August 25-28, 2024 at the Sheraton in Niagara. We have a wonderful program planned, with educational and networking sessions that will appeal to all Superintendents and Commissioners working to improve their county highway department and services. We will also be offering accredited Professional Development Hour (PDH) Programs, complimentary to our membership as part of conference registration.  Register here. 

IMPORTANT REMINDER TO THE NYSCHSA COMMUNITY: The conference registration rate will cover event fees including conference materials, meals, cocktail receptions, golf at Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course or a Lockport Locks & Erie Canal Cruise. Attendees will then make their own hotel reservations based on their plans. The 2024 Summer Conference Registration Rates, associate costs, and hotel accommodation rates can be found below.

Regular  - $450.00
Spouse/Guest (No Golf or Cruise) - $350.00
Spouse/Guest (With Golf or Cruise) - $450.00

Fully Retired Lifetime/Honorary Members - $0.00 Fee + $100.00 Activity fee (if chosen).

Non-Member Rates
Regular - $550.00

Conference Activities
Golf Tournament - Monday, August 26, 2023
  • 11:15 AM Cookout Lunch at  Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course
  • 12:30 PM Shot Gun Start
Lockport Locks & Erie Canal Cruises: - Monday, August 26, 2024 - 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • A 2-hour boat tour through the only set of double locks still working on the Erie Canal. 
  • Boxed lunch will be provided.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the NYSCHSA Office according to the following schedule:
  • Cancellations received on or before 7/30/24 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 7/31/24 - 8/6/24 will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 8/7/24 - 8/13/24 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 8/13/24 will receive NO refund.

There will be no credits issued for no shows or early departures. Participants are otherwise responsible for all charges outlined in the registration form submitted to the NYSCHSA Office.
