One of the organization's most important vehicles of communication is the twice-annual Association newsletter: The County Highway Times. Each edition of this publication offers timely legislative update, new technology, new projects advanced across the state and information on Association activities. All members are invited and encouraged to contribute articles for publication. Below find archival copies of the newsletter in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.
