The Association launched a new grassroots legislative advocacy campaign in January 2005. Sensing the ongoing challenges of fighting for state funding year after year, the Association chose to take a fresh look at their advocacy efforts, and invest in a more visible presence with the Governor and state legislature.
The Campaign centers around the slogan: Local Roads Matter! The slogan is intended to highlight the impact of local roads on the state and local economy. This website will serve as the "virtual headquarters" for the campaign. Check back often to learn about what we are doing to ensure New York's local roads and bridges are safe for New York's driving citizens.
